The thesis proposes new approach to analyze domain structure of fcc nanoparticles. Commonly, they contain stacking faults and the stacking planes (111) contain atoms in hcp-like environment. Our approach enables estimation from their diffrection pattern of the average size of a single domain as well as their average number in the cluster.
