Title: Carbon Nanoparticulate Film Electrode Prepared by Electrophoretic Electrochemical oxidation of Thiocholine and Topography Imaging with SECM Equipment in Dry Conditions
Abstract: A straightforward method for preparation of carbon nanoparticulate film is reported. Durable interfaces were prepared by deposition of phenylsulphonate functionalized carbon The amount of the deposited material and therefore the of the faradaic current was controlled by tuning the parameters. The prepared electrodes exhibited effect towards oxidation of thiocholine and showed a signal response in a wide concentration range (10.7 - 2000 mu M). topographies of selected electrodes were investigated by hopping nanoelectrode using a scanning electrochemical microscopy in dry conditions. The proposed method of surface examination can applied to large lateral areas of other nanostructured interfaces. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
